" I JUST BOOKED A ROOM, WHAT'S NEXT? "

Once you have confirmed a room from us, we may need you to give a first month advance rental as a booking fee.

Step 1: Transfer the booking fee to our account.

Step 2: Our admin shall issue you receipt of booking within 48 hours.

 

Step 3: Fill in your exact move in date and time on the link given through WhatsApp. (Any changes on date and time do inform us in advance)

 

Step 4: Sit back and prepare your deposit !

 

Step 5: 7 Days before tenancy agreement commencement start, tenant need to pay all the deposit ( Security deposit, utilities deposit and access card deposit).

 

Step 6: Sign the tenancy agreement after paid all the deposit.

 

Step 7: On move-in day, we will provide you with the access card and keys.

 

Step 8: That's it! Enjoy your new room!
