About Us

Urban Room Sdn Bhd

Urban Room Sdn Bhd started in 2019 in Bandar Sunway when we discovered that many outstation and overseas investors struggled to manage their properties. We saw this as an opportunity and turned our property advisory journey into a full property management solution. Through collaboration with local property specialists and an interior designer, Urban Room grew into a company that provides end-to-end services – from upgrading units with interior design, rental and property management, maintenance, to landlord protection.
